Todd Ramasar is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Life Sports Agency (LSA), a premier global sports, media, and technology firm specializing in athlete representation.
With over two decades of experience as a certified NBA agent,contract negotiator, and career strategist, Todd has built a reputation as a visionary leader in the industry. His career is defined by integrity, entrepreneurial excellence, and an unwavering commitment to empowering athletes on and off the court.
Todd has successfully negotiated over $1 billion in player contracts, leveraging his deep expertise in player recruitment, skill development, team contract negotiations, brand partnerships, marketing, and endorsements. Most recently, in the 2024 NBA offseason, he secured over $250 million in contracts for his clients, including three-time All-Star Pascal Siakam and Andrew Nembhard.
As the driving force behind LSA, Todd has expanded the agency’s reach, curating an elite roster of NBA talent and securing multi-million-dollar endorsements with Fortune 500 brands such as Nike, Red Bull, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and Procter & Gamble. His innovative approach has led to groundbreaking deals, including landmark partnerships with Jenny Craig and Glaceau Vitaminwater, pioneering unique compensation structures that have yielded significant financial gains for his clients.
Before founding LSA, Todd served as Vice President of Player Representation at BDA Sports Management (now WME Basketball), where he played a pivotal role in high-profile deals, including securing NBA MVP Steve Nash’s signature shoe deal in China and integrating sports science into elite athlete performance training.
A trailblazer in the industry, Todd made history at just 23 years old when he became the youngest NBPA-certified agent to represent an active NBA All-Star. As an independent representative, he orchestrated a groundbreaking deal for two-time All-Star Baron Davis, allowing him to exercise his early termination option (ETO) with the Golden State Warriors—leading to a $70 million contract with the Los Angeles Clippers and the first-ever eight-figure NBA endorsement deal with Chinese footwear giant Li-Ning.
His expertise extends beyond sports management. As a co-founder of China Branding Group (Fanstang) in 2012, Todd helped establish it as a leading distributor of Western celebrity content in China before its acquisition by Remark Media in 2016. He also played a key role in forging partnerships between a top eSports franchise and professional sports organizations in the NHL and MLB.
A proud alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Todd was a member of the prestigious UCLA men’s varsity basketball program, an experience that laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the sports industry and the business of athlete empowerment.
