Todd Ramasar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Life Sports Agency (LSA), a global sports, media, and technology company specializing in athlete-talent representation. With over two decades of experience as a certified agent, contract advisor, and career planner, Todd's remarkable career has been defined by integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering commitment to his clients.
Throughout his journey, Todd has demonstrated expertise in player recruitment, skill development, team contract negotiations, business and brand development, marketing, and endorsement deals. His contributions have resulted in negotiating contracts worth over $500 million for his clients. As the driving force behind LSA, Todd has expanded the agency's portfolio to include a roster of respected NBA clients. He has successfully steered numerous multi-million dollar endorsements and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, including Nike, Red Bull, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, and Proctor & Gamble. Todd has also crafted groundbreaking deals, such as those with Jenny Craig and Glaceau Vitaminwater, featuring innovative compensation structures that have proved lucrative for his clients.
Before founding LSA, Todd served as Vice President of Player Representation at BDA Sports Management (now WME Basketball) for five years. His contributions were instrumental in achieving significant milestones, including securing NBA Most Valuable Player Steve Nash's signature shoe deal in China and introducing sports science into athletic performance training.
Notably, at the age of 23, Todd became the youngest NBPA certified agent to represent an active NBA player. During his independent representation years, he negotiated a historic deal for Baron Davis, allowing him to exercise his early termination option (ETO) in the final year of his contract with the Golden State Warriors. This paved the way for Davis to sign a celebrated $70 million deal with the Los Angeles Clippers and marked the first-ever eight-figure NBA player endorsement deal with the Chinese shoe brand, Li-Ning.
Before entering NBPA agent certification, Todd worked at Tellem & Associates/SFX Sports Group, focusing on client relations, skill development, NBA pre-draft planning and strategy, NBA free agency analysis, and client marketing.
Todd's business acumen extends beyond sports representation. He co-founded China Branding Group (Fanstang) in 2012, which became a leading distributor of western celebrity content in China before its acquisition by Remark Media in 2016. He also successfully brokered partnerships between a top eSports franchise and two professional sports team organizations in the NHL and MLB.
A graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Todd Ramasar was a member of the prestigious men's varsity basketball program. He resides in Southern California with his wife Victoria and their four children.
